1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sentrysurplus.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make through it. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. About Sentry Surplus and Our Products
Sentry Surplus sells replica and reproduction military-style clothing, uniforms, and accessories, intended for collectors, historical re-enactment, cosplay, and airsoft use. All products are commercial reproductions — they are not genuine current-issue government or military equipment, and Sentry Surplus is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any government, military branch, or armed force. References to military designations, unit names, or insignia (e.g. PLA, PAP, Type 21) are used for descriptive and historical identification purposes only.

3. Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a legally binding contract.

4. Product Information
We try to ensure product descriptions, images, and sizing information are accurate, but slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and finish can occur between manufacturing batches, particularly for camouflage items. Please check the sizing information on each product page carefully before ordering.

5. Pricing and Availability
All prices are shown in GBP. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund any order placed at an incorrect price before it has shipped. If a product becomes unavailable after you've ordered, we'll notify you and offer a refund.

6. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy; it isn't accepted until we send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or where we're unable to fulfil it.

7. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments and/or PayPal. We don't store your full card details.

8. Shipping and Returns
Shipping, customs, and returns are covered in our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape or copy our content without permission.

10. Compliance with Local Laws
You're responsible for ensuring that purchasing, importing, and possessing the products you order is lawful in your country and region — see our Shipping Policy for more on import restrictions on camouflage and military-style items.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to Sentry Surplus and may not be reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sentry Surplus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer based elsewhere, mandatory consumer protections under the laws of your own country may still apply and aren't affected by this.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
