Shipping Policy
Order Processing Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [1–3] business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.
Where Your Order Ships From Items are shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's facility in Dalian China. Because orders ship internationally, delivery times are longer than typical domestic orders.

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, and seasonal peaks (e.g. Christmas, Lunar New Year).
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination, and are payable by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable except where required by law or where the order is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees charged by your country's customs authority on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost shown at checkout. We're unable to predict these charges, as they vary by country and order value — please check with your local customs office if you're unsure.
Important: Import Restrictions on Camouflage & Military-Style Items Many of our products feature camouflage patterns and military-style designs. Some countries restrict or prohibit the import of camouflage clothing or military-pattern apparel and accessories for civilians. It is the buyer's responsibility to check that the items they order can be lawfully imported into their country before placing an order. We're not able to offer refunds for items seized, confiscated, or destroyed by customs authorities as a result of import restrictions in the destination country.
Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@sentrysurplus.com with your order number and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner and the courier.
