TYPE 81 FIVE LEAF
We're excited to soon be offering PLA Type 81 camouflage uniforms and gear, and a new Russian Military surplus section for one off and rare RUSFOR items.
Type 81 originally a double sided uniform consisting of one side DPM and the other side a leaf pattern. This was China's first ever camouflage pattern uniform. Type 81 replaced the Type 65 uniform and greatly outperformed it in tropical mountain areas.
A little known camouflage pattern in the West and in my opinion the ultimate jungle camouflage. The five leaf green side resembles British DPM with the other side similar to American Duck Hunter camouflage. The original issued uniform had a clever trick up it's sleeve, a face mask built into the hood offering total concealment to the wearer.
We will be offering modern versions of this legendary jungle camouflage pattern.
Russian Military Surplus
Some of the most sought after and collectable camouflage patterns are Russian Military uniforms. Unfortunately due the ongoing war in Ukraine it has become exceptionally difficult to find these items for sale. We will be adding one offs and rare Russian camouflage uniforms and gear, VSR 93/98 EMR KUKLA etc. For us this hobby is not political and is purely for the enjoyment of collecting military surplus gear.
